I created this website to teach.

There's hundred of cocktails websites on the net, but how much about mixology? Not enough.

I don't want to list here the greatest list of cocktails, I want here to tell the HOW and the WHY of cocktails.

The bitters, the service, the price, the liqueures, the juice, the alcools, the tools, the bottles, the bar, the glasses, the fruits, the spices, the decoration, the ambiance, the decor, the ice, the conservation, the comfort.... Thats alot of things to consider for a simple cocktail!

More and more mixologist and barman now look at molecular mixology. Play with mole to discover dozen of new textures to use in your cocktails. Flavor infusion, maceration, digestion, fermentation, distillation... once again we have lots of choice. The modern cocktail is way more than a simple beverage, its an ART.

Ill try to write down here all my idea/discovery about cocktails and related. An archive for me, a place of learning for other.
