What is Gentlement Penchant?
My goal by creating Gentlement Penchant is to show people that there's way more than rhum'n coke and sex on the beach to ask in a bar.
I also want to bring some quality standar in the bar domain. There's currently NO reglementation about cocktails.
Why its good for the customer?
You will be served QUALITY cocktail, anywhere my certification apply. If you ask a Mojito in any bar with my certification, you will be sure to have a real mojito, made with the RIGHT INGREDIENT, prepared the RIGHT WAY and with the RIGHT PRICE.
Why its good for the bar owner?
Bar owner will have an increased flow of people as more and more people are looking for quality over quantity. The certification is cheap, and add professionalism and respect to your bar. The certification is NOT A LIMITATION. You can continu sell any cocktails you want. The only restriction is, if you sell what we call "classic" cocktails, they must be done the right way.
